Expands into the “Prepared Food” Market

You’ve always known that Brookstone Grille offers great atmosphere and superb food at the beautiful Brookstone Park on Rte. 111 in Derry, NH.  And now you can purchase a variety of their top selling dishes at some of your favorite butcher shops too!

Brookstone Grille delivered their first “Prepared Food” orders to The Prime Butcher stores, located at 58 Range Road in Windham and 201 Rte. 111 at the Hampstead Commons in Hampstead.  “We want to make available to more people the quality food and meals that Brookstone Grille has produced and we felt like we are now in a great position to deliver to the public an alternative, high quality product signified with Brookstone Grille’s name recognition,” said Eric Brooks, GM of Brookstone Park about this new “Prepared Food” venture.  “David (Smith) and his team of chefs have been working hard on this new endeavor and we are very excited about being able to offer our best menu items in more places then just the restaurant.”

When asked if the Brookstone Grille and its staff were ready to take on such a large undertaking, Executive Chef David Smith simply replied: “the fact that the Brooks family designed such a well equipped kitchen made this new venture an easy decision for us.  We delivered our first order on Wednesday and we are looking forward to many more.  Our goal is to have a full menu of ‘Prepared Foods available by and for sale with the Steve George of the Prime Butcher and his family of Butcher shops very soon. 

The Brookstone Grille will be offering prepackaged “Home Style Fixings” out of their restaurant and through the two Prime Butcher locations throughout the Holiday season to make the preparation of Holiday meals as easy and delicious as possible.
