Meet the Chef
Executive Chef David Smith joined The Brookstone team in 2006 after 8 years as Chef/Owner of Loafers American Restaurant in Salem.
Chef David is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY (87) and has held the position of Executive Chef at The Bay Tower Room in Boston, David’s Restaurant in Newburyport and at C.R. Sparks Restaurant & Event Center in Bedford NH.
Chef David combines fresh ingredients that come together in the “Creative American Cuisine” you’ll find at The Brookstone Grille.
Along with his wife Pamela, the general manager at Brookstone, Chef David invites you to come in and enjoy a great meal and great service!
