Meet the newest member of the Brookstone Park team, Michelle Dougherty. Michelle is an experienced executive with a demonstrated management history in the private club industry. Fluent in all areas of food and beverage, fitness, aquatics, facility maintenance, membership, racquet, recreation, golf, marketing, sales, LOA/HOA, financial and event management.
Jon Talbot comes to us from Sky Meadow Country Club, where he started as the Chef de Cuisine and later went on to become the Food & Beverage Director. Chef Jon has also spent time inspiring students while teaching as a Culinary Instructor at Southern New Hampshire University. Jon loves working with fresh, local ingredients and looks forward to using his creativity to customize a special menu for your event.

Denise holds a Bachelors Degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Service Management from Newbury College in Boston. Through her previous experience at Bellevue Golf Club and Be Our Guest, Denise has developed a strong understanding of all aspects of event management. She never misses a detail and our clients love that she is always ready to assist with a smile.
CATERING SALES MANAGER
Margie has been with Brookstone for over two years, where she started as a Banquet Server. Margie has experience in catering, events, sales, and office administration. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality from SNHU and is looking forward to working with corporate and social groups to plan fabulous events here at Brookstone.
Christie comes to Brookstone with 20 years experience in hospitality and is known for always going above and beyond with a smile. Christie spent seven years as Director of Sales and Marketing for Big Night Entertainment Group in Boston/Foxwoods (Red Lantern, Empire, Shrine, Scorpion Bar). Now a Southern NH resident, Christie is a local marketing expert, here to spread the word about Brookstone.
Deb has been with Brookstone since it opened in 2009. She has been an instrumental part of the Brookstone community during her time managing the golf course and accounting. Before Brookstone, Deb spent a decade a local communications company. She is currently enjoying being a first-time grandmother, and lives locally in Hampstead.
Kyle began his culinary career in the Culinary Program at Southern New Hampshire University. After graduating, he spent several years working at a popular Italian Restaurant. He then worked for two years at Sky Meadow, where he really honed his skills in the functions field. Kyle is a huge part of Brookstone's success and in 2019, he got married on the property.
Betty Dooley started her career as a server. Later, it was at the dining room of the Andover Inn where she developed her real love of fine dining, wine appreciation and guest satisfaction. In 1987, she became the Hotel and Front Office Manager of the Andover Inn. Betty was also the Office Manager at both Promises To Keep and Birch Wood Vineyards until she joined us here at Brookstone. Betty takes great pride in assisting with all your questions and giving you informative answers.
