1. WATERMELON SANGRIA

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 750 ml. bottle of moscato
  • 1 cup rum
  • Juice of 4 limes
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Blueberries
  • Lime slices, for garnish

 

Instructions

1. Blend the watermelon, rum, lime juice and sugar in a blender until smooth.

2. Refrigerate until chilled.

3. Top with blueberries for fruity decor.

4. Use lime slices to dress up the glass and serve.

Watermelon Sangria

2.  AMERICAN SMASH

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Auchentoshan American Oak Scotch whisky
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml honey syrup (1-part honey, 2-parts water
  • 4-5 mint leaves

 

Instructions

1. Thoroughly shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Strain into a mason jar with crushed ice.

3. Top with mint leaves and serve.

3. PEDRO'S MARGARITA

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1.75 oz Maestro Dobel reposado tequila
  • 1/2 oz Alvear Pedro Ximenez sherry
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh orange juice

 

Instructions

 

1. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Strain into a cocktail glass with cubed ice and serve.

4. RUM SUNSET

 

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. orange juice
  • 3 oz. light rum
  • 2 tbsp. grenadine
  • lime slices, for garnish

 

Instructions

1. Combine orange juice and rum.

 

2. Pour 2/3 of the mixture into a glass with ice.

 

3. Mix the remaining 1/3 of the orange juice and rum mixture with the grenadine.

 

4. Slowly pour it into the glass with the original orange juice and rum mixture to create the gradient effect.

 

5. Garnish with lime slices.

5. BLACKBERRY MOJITO

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • Handful of mint leaves
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup light rum
  • Club soda

 

Instructions

 

1. Mash blackberries into a small bowl.

 

2. Place mint leaves on the bottom of a glass, with the muddled blackberries on top.

 

3. Add rum, sugar, lime juice and stir.

 

4. Top with crushed ice and club soda.

 

5. Add more mint leaves and blackberries for garnish.

6. HURRICANE

 

Ingredients

 

  • 2 oz. light rum
  • 3 oz. dark rum
  • 6 oz. passion fruit juice
  • 6 oz. orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. grenadine
  • 2 orange slices
  • 2 maraschino cherries

 

Instructions

 

1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a measuring cup.

 

2. Mix thoroughly.

 

3. Pour into ice-filled glass.

 

4. Dress up the drink with a maraschino cherry and an

orange slice on the rim of the glass.

7. PINA COLADA SANGRIA

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1 750 ml. bottle of white wine
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup seltzer
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut rum
  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherries

 

Instructions

 

1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher.

 

2. Refrigerate until chilled.

 

3. Garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries.

8. MOSCATO MARGARITA

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Lime wedges, for rimming glasses
  • 12 oz. silver tequila
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 8 oz. moscato
  • 8 oz. triple sec
  • 1/2 cup lime juice

 

Instructions

1. Rim the glass with sugar.

2. Combine tequila, strawberries, moscato, triple sec, lime juice and ice in a blender.

3. Blend until smooth.

4. Pour mixture into glass and garnish with lime wedge and serve.

9. PROSECCO SLUSHIES

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Prosecco
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • Lime slices, for garnish
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

 

Instructions

1. In a blender, combine Prosecco, strawberries, lime juice and vodka.

2. Fill blender halfway with ice.

3. Blend until the mixture if of a slushy consistency.

4. Pour into a glass and garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.

10. LEMONADE MIMOSA

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 bottle of champagne
  • 2 cups lemonade or pink lemonade

 

Instructions

1. Mix lemon zest and sugar in a small dish.

2. Rim a champagne glass with sugar.

3. Place a lemon slice into the glass.

4. Fill flute halfway with champagne and top with lemonade or pink lemonade.
